Mr., Johnson has been a commentator and contributor to various news outlets such as CNN, Fox News, CSO Magazine, Wired magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Los angles times and New Your Times on the topics of cybercrime, security technology solutions, critical infrastructure protection, financial crime investigations, executive and Presidential Protection as well as cyber security.

Mr. Johnson was previously the Chief Executive Officer and Board member at CyberSponse Inc. CyberSponse was acquired by Fortinet Inc. in late 2019.  After taking the helm at the company it went from a negative to positive cash flow position in in12 months and was acquired in just over 2 years at an 8X multiple of annual reoccurring revenue.

From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Johnson was the CEO at Castleworth Global, a security and technology advisory firm in the D.C. area.

From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Johnson served as the Senior Vice President at Hillard Heintze LLC.  Mr. Johnson worked directly with client leadership on projects involving foreign governments, foreign financial institutions as well as U.S. based fortune 500 companies on a wide verity of issues that were directly related to the success of their organizations.

From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Johnson served as the first Chief Security Officer at Genworth Financial, a Fortune 250 company with multiple lines of financial, insurance and wealth management business, 7,000 employees, 20,000 contractors and more than $110 billion in assets worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson served for more than two decades as a U.S. Secret Service Special Agent, culminating as Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Services Investigative Flagship, the Criminal Investigative Division.  As Special Agent in Charge, he established the next generation cyber investigator, led and directed the agency’s investigations into criminal activity, financial crime, identity theft, e-currency crime, credit card fraud, cyber/network intrusion crimes, covert cyber operations and the worldwide enforcement of the counterfeiting of U.S. financial obligations and currency.

Additionally, Mr. Johnson has delivered keynote speeches at leading cyber and financial security conferences; provided testimony and expert counsel to Congressional committees and subcommittees on cyber issues, (Commerce, Judiciary) digital and electronic currency, identity theft and on information and data security issues facing U.S. financial institutions.

Mr. Johnson also served at the White House as the Presidential Protection Division (PPD) supervisor-in-charge of security operations involving U.S. President’s Clinton and Bush.  This high-profile assignment involved the supervision of all PPD special agents as well as day-to-day White House operational units, technical security, surveillance and force protection teams.

Throughout his 35-year career in Information Technology, Sam has held SR. IT positions with fortune 100 companies such as Coca Cola, Universal Pictures, and Epson America.

Essam Shanoudi is an accomplished CPA, owner of multiple international companies as well as companies here in the U.S. Essam received his master’s degree in Accounting from American University in Washington D.C. He then established his own CPA practice under the name of ES & Associates and has been successfully running it since 1987.

As an entrepreneur, Keith utilized his extensive network within the US  Intelligence Community and US Department of Defense (DoD) to self-fund  and co-found Lunarline – a US cybersecurity company specializing in Commercial and Federal Security Operations and Response. At Lunarline,  Keith led all strategic direction, hiring, budgeting, and security operations  which led to the growth of the company from a small team of 12 to a well-oiled machine of 110 people over 7 years and successfully exited the company in 2017.

As a 6 year veteran in the United States Army, Keith has a BS in  Computer Information Systems, and is both a Certified Information  Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems  Auditor (CISA). Keith also wrote the ‘CISA Exam Cram 2 Exam  Preparation Guide’ published by Que Publishing.
